SHIPPING
  • All heavy items like safes, vending machines and furniture are delivered to the curb side unless otherwise stated in the item description, it is the customer responsibility to move the item to the desired room.
  • The shipping company is responsible for delivering the package (specially heavy packages) to the curb side of the shipping address, if an item is heavy and you need extra service like (lift gate, inside delivery or white glove delivery) then include that service at the time of checkout or call us to get a quote if the service is not listed as an option under that item.
  • Phone Number: for large or heavy items a phone number will be needed by the shipping company to set an appointment for delivery, if a phone number was not provided at the time of ordering please email it to us
  • We normally ship via U.P.S. or FedEx the same day or next day but some time it takes 2 - 3 business days specially around the holidays or if there is a problem in the order itself or we unexpectedly ran out of some items due to large orders (We do our best to ship orders the same day we receive them , but sometimes it is impossible).After we ship, allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery via U.P.S. Time will vary depending upon the carrier and distance. After we ship, we assume no liability for delay in delivery.We do not ship any orders to Post Office Boxes.
  • Some items are shipped by a trucking company due to the size and weight of the item and that will take a little longer to ship out.
  • Please see the item description for an estimate on the time of shipping.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
  • Please inspect carefully any shipment you receive from us by U.P.S. or any common carriers. In the event of visible exterior or interior damage , this should be noted on the freight bill or driver's report.All Damage claims must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of your order. On a shortage/concealed damage shipment, be sure to keep all original packing materials.
  • For an obvious damage to the outside of the package, please inspect the content of the package carefully and decide do you want to keep it or do you prefer to have a replacement, if you want to have a replacement just reject the shipment and email us and we will replace it, if it has a minor scratch or some damage that will not affect the functionality of the item, you still need to note that to the driver and email us, you might be entitle to get some money.
Pre-Authorized Returns Other Than Damaged Due to Freight Carrier
  • NO RETURNS will be accepted without a return authorization number from The Discount Mall. We will not make any adjustments or replacements on UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Returns must include a copy of your original invoice with the date of purchase, customer number, authorization return number and a note stating the specific reason for the return.
  • All authorized returns are to be in original boxes and in new condition. When packaging items to be returned, be sure they are packed inside another master carton to prevent damage during the return shipping. You will receive either credit or replacement from us. Any merchandise received that is not in original boxes or the condition of the product is NOT new, is subject to be returned to you and no credit issued. All returns has a 15% restocking fee or what ever the vendor of that item charges.
