Detecto's mechanical baker's dough scales are rugged, accurate scales designed specifically for the baker. Supplied with all high-contact parts, base, 9" (229mm) platters, and poise weight made of stainless steel, the beam is chrome-plated and the precision-built mechanism is epoxy coated. A seamless, easy cleaning plastic scoop and weight set complete the package. This scale is used extensively in retail bakeries as well as other food establishments.
